– Databricks and AI platform

• Led a 3-year initiative to select, procure, contract and deploy the nextGen AI platform (databricks), preparing for a migrating of Point32Health a analytics and AI  from Oracle,clouded  and Teradata, 
• Designed nearly all aspects of operationalization and onboarding by implementing automation, security, RBAC, and productionalization strategies for Azure Databricks, optimizing performance and reliability.
• Ensured the platform followed industry best practices in FinOps, DevOps, Data-Ops, and automation, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.
• Guided a existing Cloudera Team to migrate to Databricks.
• Developed and launched the Provider Quality dashboard, reducing research time for a 100-member team and improving decision-making capabilities.

– Gen AI 

• built the first MVP of a RAG-based application for provider relationship management, provider contracting, and procurement, delivering a scalable solution for key business processes.
• Leveraged Lamani (enterprise LLM model refinement and deployment) for OnPrem localized RAG and model serving, ensuring efficient and secure processing of localized data models.
• Integrated OpenAI for GenAI application, enhancing the platform with advanced AI capabilities for improved automation and decision-making.

–  Enterprise Architecture Vision

• Established many of the enterprise architecture (EA) standards, including subject-based ‘Marchitecture’s’, business and IT roadmaps, and Box/Line topologies.
• Led newly formed merger on the effort for a Data Modernization RoadMap that led IT/Business to a consolidated data roadmap.
• Led the design and implementation of the Unified Data Assets (UDA), consolidating three distinct data warehouses (mergers) into a unified platform for streamlined data management and accessibility.
• Led the Data Virtualization and Data fabric build effort.
• Spearheaded the creation of a CIO-requested costing and estimation tool (Elastic / Azure / Next) , automating metrics collection and developing a parametric-based resource planning solution integrated with the project portfolio management (PPM) tooling.

– BREATHE: Designed a body wearable for respiration measurement with cloud-based storage and sharing. Developed the firmware, mobile software, and associated cloud infrastructure.

– MOVE and TILT: Mobile apps that captured body movement and compared it to expert standards for sports like golf and dancing.

– ORCHESTRATE: Mobile software for asynchronously recording group singers for cloud-based analysis and playback.
